Warranty Information
Stick Warranty
Composite hockey sticks come with a 30 day manufacturer defect warranty. If a composite hockey stick breaks within 30 days of the original purchase date, it may be eligible for a replacement. These warranties are handled by the manufacturer directly. It is the discretion of each company how they choose to handle their warranty claims. Below is the list of companies and how their warranty process is handled. Review the information. If your stick qualifies for a replacement, place a warranty claim and wait to receive a return authorization. The customer is responsible for shipping the broken stick along with the original proof of purchase and the return authorization number. Once received, the warranty claim will be processed. If found to be a manufacturing defect a replacement stick will be issued at the cost of the manufacturer. Any questions regarding a company's specific warranty policies can be answered in their own individual warranty information.
