CCM QuickLite XTRA shoulder pads are a rare and exclusive product made for Sports Excellence retailers like Discount Hockey. They are an upgraded version of the lower mid-range QuickLite 250 shoulder pads at a lower price than the upper mid-range QuickLite 270 model and will provide players with a competitive level of protection, comfort, and mobility.
The low-profile, anatomically-fitting QuickLite protective line is an evolution of CCM’s successful RBZ protective line and is designed to keep the same, close fit and amazing lightweight feel.
The QuickLite XTRAs are upgraded to have the same adjustable biceps and polyethylene (PE) clavicle guards as the QuickLite 270 model. Then, they use DryFoam, a closed cell foam that absorbs less sweat allowing the product to remain lightweight and comfortable throughout the game, on the front of the torso. These upgrades provide players with more comfort and protection than the QuickLite 250 shoulder pads.
CCM QuickLite XTRA shoulder pads are comfortable and protective, thanks to DryFoam technology, the EVA vented chest, the polyethylene (PE) sternum guard, and the molded PE bicep and shoulder caps. These all provide a competitive level of protection in key impact areas.
CCM QuickLite XTRA shoulder pads have the most comparable fit style to Bauer’s mid-range Supreme S170 shoulder pads.
FRONT BASE WITH DRYFOAM TECHNOLOGY - Improved breathability.
PE MOLDED CAPS - Lightweight protection.
EVA VENTED FRONT BASE - Great protection.
ADJUSTED MOLDED PE CAP (QUICKLITE 270) - Great protection.
PE INTEGRATED MOLDED CHEST - Maximum protection.
Sizing Guidelines: The chest measurement should be taken from just below the arm pits. Match the player's chest size to the shoulder pad that corresponds. Also take into consideration the level of play. Shoulder pads should fit snugly while the vital tips of the shoulder must be properly under the shoulder caps. The bicep pads should not interfere with the player’s elbow pads.
