How long does it take to process my order?
- 99% of orders placed before 7:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same day.
How can I check the status of my order?
- If you have an account with us, you can use the My Account link to login and look up the status of your order using your order number. Otherwise, please contact us via phone or email to check the status of your order.
Can I place an order over the phone?
- Orders can be placed over the phone Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. If you are unable to call between these hours, please email email@example.com to request a return phone call.
What if I have a different billing address than shipping address?
- In an effort to protect our customers and cardholders from fraud, we ask that first time customers ship to the billing address of the credit card used to pay for the order. Once customer history is established, orders may be shipped wherever you like. If a different shipping address unavoidable, we will call to confirm the purchase within one-to-three days. Please be aware that different ship-to and bill-to information may cause up to a seven-day delay on your order.
How can I pay?
- We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and Paypal.
Are there Discount Hockey coupon codes?
- Most coupon codes and sales cannot be combined. Certain items are subject to manufacturer-imposed dealer restrictions and cannot be discounted. Certain clearance items cannot be discounted, either.
What if I have special requests?
- Special requests can be made in the comments section of the shopping cart or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and referencing your order number.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Please refer to this map for standard UPS Ground Transit times. These are estimated delivery times; on rare occasions, your order may take longer in transit than estimated. Please note that if you are ordering a jersey, adding a name or number may result in delays of 1-3 business days.
How can I get my order faster?
- If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us by emailing email@example.com or calling toll-free 855-735-0699 and requesting a quote for expedited shipping.
What if an item is out of stock?
- Our website syncs live with our inventory. In the rare event that an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours to resolve the issue. Most of the time, we are able to offer free upgrades to a similar product that is close in price.
How much does shipping cost?
- Standard UPS Ground Shipping costs $14.99 for all orders under $249.99. Order totals greater than $250.00 ship free. If you need expedited shipping, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call toll-free at 855-735-0699 to request a quote. We never charge a handling fee.
Why do I have to pay an oversize fee?
- Items like sticks, goals, wheeled bags, and goalie leg pads are subject to an oversized shipping charge imposed by UPS. Due to their size, these items cost significantly more to ship than small items.
Do you ship outside the US?
- Due to dealer restrictions, we can only ship to addresses located inside the United States. Please contact us for more information.
Where do orders ship from?
- Our distribution center is located in Woodland Hills, California.
Can I ship to FPO's or PO Boxes?
- We are unable to ship to an FPO or PO Box. We will contact you to obtain a suitable address to ship to.
Why was I charged shipping if my order is over $250?
- Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping, but oversized items will still be charged any applicable fees.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
- We have a 365-day return policy. The items must have original packaging, boxes, tags, literature, and any other miscellaneous items included in the return package. There is no restocking fee!
What items can I return?
- Well, we can tell you what you cannot return. Items must be unused and unsharpened with no wear and tear. Special or custom orders cannot be returned. Certain clearance items that are clearly marked non-returnable cannot be returned. Jocks and undergarments, regardless of use, cannot be returned.
Can I exchange an item that doesn't fit?
- We understand that items don't always fit perfectly, especially if you cannot try them on before purchasing. As such, we will gladly exchange any products purchased from our site. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping costs to get the original products to Discount Hockey. We will ship the correct products to you at no extra cost (excluding oversized items).
How do I return or exchange an item?
- To return or exchange an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please email email@example.com or call 855-735-0699 x101 to request this RA#. Once you have your RA#, please download and fill out this form and include it in the return box. We will not accept any returns without an RA#! Once you have completed these steps, please ship the package to:
