| All Leg Pads, Wheel Bags, and Sticks are subject to an oversized shipping charge listed on its product page and is added into the total price of the product. |
When Will My Order Be Processed? |
| Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. All items are subject to availability. Please allow two to three business days for your order to be processed before it ships, although most orders are processed in less than 24 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. All order status notifications will be sent via e-mail. |
When Will My Order Arrive? |
| Our preferred method of shipping is via UPS Ground Shipping within the continental United States. To determine when your package will arrive, please find your location on this map and check the corresponding shipping time. All next day air, two day air, and three day air shipping methods are guaranteed, subject to availability and the 1PM PST deadline. If you place an expedited shipping order past the 1PM PST deadline, please call to inform us at 855-735-0699 and we will do everything within our power to get your order out in a timely manner. |
What If I Need My Order Sooner? |
| We have expedited shipping, as stated above. If you are choosing expedited shipping or need your order by a certain date, please inform us in the comments section of the checkout page and via e-mail. This will ensure that we get your order out as soon as possible. |
International Orders |
For all customers located outside the United States, please click on the above Bongo International banner to receive a personalized U.S. address. If you have a Bongo International account and address, please use that. Otherwise, the only country we accept international orders from is Canada. Canada shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) at a standard rate of $34.95. Many manufacturers will not allow us to ship their products to Canada. We will not make accomodations to ship beyond Canada. Average shipping time to Canada is two to three weeks. |
